Requirements:

 

The Jeffco Brass Ensemble is available for special concerts and to accompany church choirs provided they receive the music at least 45 days in advance of the performance (60 days if any parts have to be transposed).

 

For all other events in which the ensemble will be playing their own music, please contact them to determine their availability for the requested date (see contact information below).

 

The group requires a playing space large enough to comfortably fit 12 folding chairs and music stands, and a place to store instrument cases during the performance.

 

 

Fees:

 

The Jeffco Brass Ensemble enjoys performing free concerts for the public, and the members of the group do not get paid for their performances.  Organizations that request a performance generally make a donation to the ensemble to help defray the cost of music and to reimburse members for out-of-pocket expenses related to the performance.  This donation is usually agreed upon prior to the performance date, and is based on traveling distance and the length of the performance.
